S. V. Domino is a fast & spacious round bilge light displacement yacht, constructed in 1977, by John Lidgard Yachts, in Whangerey, New Zealand; epoxy over double diagonal cold moulded Kauri with triple laminated Kauri ribs, & heavy scantlings. The deck & cabin are of Marine G1 25mm ply & internal framing of treated kauri. All fastenings are of copper, silicon bronze or Monel metal. The hull incorporates a centre mounted raised cabin & aft cockpit. A monohull sailing yacht, with raked bow & open reverse counter stern, with a short skeg mounted spade rudder & fixed fin keel. Of 10.80m LOA, 3.81m Beam & 1.9 m Draft, The vessel has a single spreader, fractional, Bermudian sloop rig.
The seller said the vessel is soundly built & ideal for ocean passage making, cruising & racing. It has been well maintained & has been set up for 2C & 4C commercial charter work.
